Smackdown to Change Too

RUMOR: |PW via PWI| ECW isn't the only show that's going to be changing. Word has it that Smackdown will also be changed but in an unknown way. Since RAW has it's own gimmick of guest hosts every Monday, Smackdown may receive similar treatment by finding it's own way to differentiate itself. I don't see a need to change Smackdown at all. It's a solid show which delivers every week. Plus, Smackdown already has its own "thing" and it's called wrestling.

Perfect for Work

NEWS: |WWE| Video streaming website Hulu has partnered with WWE to bring full episodes of Smackdown and ECW to the internet for free. Hulu is a popular website that streams full episodes of popular television programs in web browser and third-party clients. From now on, the latest ECW & Smackdown will be uploaded to the site. In addition, other WWE content is available including WWE Classics. All I have to say is fan-freakin-tastic. I commend WWE for putting their episodes up on the web...

ramdom thoughts

One week from maina.... Anyway a penny for my thoughts... The hardy boy feud is set to end at Wrestlemaina according to a former creative team employer. Due to the fact it is a gimmick match and there’s a draft just 2 week’s out from Wrestlemaina, I wouldn’t be surprised if one of the hardy boy’s got sent to RAW, possible Jeff. Big show looked to be the original winner of the money in the bank, if that was to happen he would be the first former world champion to win one. Should note th...

My First Prediction for 2009

NEWS: |PW| Smackdown has announced its main event for the Royal Rumble and it will be Jeff Hardy (c) defending the WWE Championship against Edge. I'm calling it right now...as of December 31, 2008, 8:25 PM EST, Christian Cage will make his return to WWE and interfere in this world title match. Unfortunately I'm several hours late because everyone else is thinking the exact same thing. But, has anyone actually declared it in such strong fashion like me? ...(that's what I thought). Two thi...

who's excited for the WWE Smackdown on MyNetwork TV tomorrow...so pumped!

No Love

RUMOR: |PWI| Smackdown producer Bruce Pritchard has been fired by WWE. Prichard has served a number of roles over a number of years in WWE and is the latest to get fired in a string of recent releases. Now this is strange. Whenever an employee gets fired it's usually a wrestler. And what's even stranger is that Pritchard has been with WWE for a long ass time. WWE wouldn't fire him without a good enough reason and the economy is not a good enough reason to fire this guy. As Sherlock Holmes w...

Undertaker Burying Somebody, Vince Burying Cole, WWE Burying Reid

NEWS/RUMOR: |WWE WO| Vince McMahon is reportedly upset with the RAW announce team. He is specifically mad at Michael Cole and is reportedly yelling at him a lot more through the headset. This Friday's Smackdown will feature a Casket Match between Undertaker and an unknown opponent. Ric Flair is under the impression that his son, Reid Flair, will be in WWE within a year. However Reid is said to be immature and has had a number of "behavioral issues" which is keeping him back. Reid Flai...
