WWE vs TNA is officially on

Ladies and gentlemen the most shocking news of the week and for the rest of the year and years to come is the announcement of Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan signing with TNA now this comes after Vince Russo and AJ Styles got into a heated arguement. Styles was saying that Russo and creative are making him look like a weak champion and also doesn’t like the way Frankie Kazarian (Suicide) and Samoa Joe are used, Russo replied with I’m the one who put the belt on you in the first place. People had to step in and break it up.

With that said and Hogan and Bischoff signing with TNA means shake ups and possibly Booker T may come back and you might get alot of other wrestlers there as well rest assured Vince just took a shit because you have the most known wrestler in the universe and the man who almost destroyed WWE and brought massive ratings to RAW while working there Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff. And we might be saying farewell to Jarrett as the power holder and hello to Jarrett as the wrestler

I think I might start watching TNA again man I was waiting for this or Paul Heyman but yes within the next year and a half the war is about to begin

Completely agree. This will propel TNA’s profile as a wrestling company. Now TNA will get more money, more investors and leverage with Spike to get what they want.

The unfortunate thing is that TNA is officially infected with cancer.

  • Kajava says:

Lol I knew the Hogan diss was coming. It will also keep there deal with SpikeTV if Sting retires

  • Spook says:

So, lets see, all we need now is TNA to go to TNT and we’ll just have a repeat of the 90’s. And Bischoff should KNOW by now not to screw with Vince. Because so far anyone that does ends up getting tossed in the back of a trash truck…. oh wait Vince already did that to him. I honestly hope this means Vince and company will put out a BETTER FUCKING PRODUCT!!!! The shit they are putting out now is just making me want to do like I have been doing, watching Heroes and House instead during the 9pm hour.

ok its not offically on.. eric is just helping with promtion… and hogan as an on air talent…

god does anyone remember what hogan did to wcw? sure they had a good run but hogans a power feak

as long as someone keeps him inline it will be good for tna. as for the rumers on the second show, its coming but anyone saying 8-10 on mondays, i belive it when i see it.

  • Kajava says:

I just read that TNA will be doing a Monday show most likely SPikeTV 8est to 10est old WCW time smart move if the rumor happens to be true.
You say promotion and on air talent like were talking about Horace Hogan and Vincent if TNA shoots a commercial saying TNA first show on Monday and during the 10est hour Hogan and Bischoff will be debuting How many people do you think will watch RAW to see the Bellas escort the guest Host(s) or turn to SpikeTV and see what Hogan and Bischoff have to say I don’t know about you but even the most loyal fan will want to see that.
And do we have to go over this again about WCW and I thought in your opinion Russo killed WCW not Hogan well But I still SAY the facts WCW died because the FANS did not want to see the younger guys being put over hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm isn’t that wat WWE is doing right now and wat are we doing each week saying how weak RAW SD! were think about it dude

  • Delliott says:

smackdown is a great show…and raw is getting better now… u do realise ur knocling the head of creative for your fave show? An to be fair, i doubt half of wwe audience dnt know what tna is…

Well as hogan stated in the press coverage he plans on trying to make TNA a direct challenge to WWE that a ratings war will be coming, I know you know so I’m sure Vince knows it.

With that being said Vince can stop it right now and crush TNA and this Hogan deal in a few weeks. All he has to do is take off the PG rating of ECW, Move the show to thursday nights. Basically turn it back to the old ECW. I will promise you TNA will lose their ECW orignals when their contracts run out for the simple fact they might be in TNA but they are ECW orignals for life.

If that happens and WWE takes it that route TNA ratings on thursdays will probably drop so low that SpikeTV might have to drop the show.

And lets say TNA does make it to be able to put a Monday night show together that is good news for WWE. I see the Attitude ERA making a comeback. They been down this road before and know how to win it quicker this time.

Some people dont like the guest host idea on RAW now I think its a good idea and if a ratings war breaks out it shows WWE has the Star power to crush TNA in Ratings with that. Its a powerful weapon to have specially when you have Celebrities daily in some kind of controversy. Putting someone like that on the show will get people to tune in. TNA will never get that kind of star power mainly because WWE has a lot of support from these High profile people mainly because of the charity work WWE does, its documented and well noted for things WWE superstars do outide of the ring.

So in my opinion if TNA wants to try to take WWE on again in a ratings war it will be a lot quicker Victory for WWE.

    @CodeBreaker

Very well put. TNA has officially declared war against WWE with this press conference much like WCW did by signing Hogan, Nash & Hall. It’s interesting how history is literally repeating itself and once again WWE is the target.

Regarding your guest host commments, I too think it’s a good idea and WWE has been able to use guest hosts to alter the shows like when Maria & Nancy did by trading those divas. Some hosts have fallen flat, but it does keep the show interesting. I would like WWE to use the guest hosts more to alter the show much like the recent diva trade this way the guest hosts aren’t just there for a paycheck. But I don’t want these hosts wrestling though.
