Why? B/c he was not created by Vince. See RVD, Jericho, Benoit, Eddie, Goldberg, Steiner, etc... Besides that, Booker is old. HBK and Taker still main event b/c they have better matches than most the locker room. Booker has always been a guy that needed a good dance partner to do this...and with the age decline I think it better to build new names instead.
