Vince Upset That He Cannot Perform His Own Job

RUMOR: |F4W via PWM| It looks like Vince is frustrated with the lack of stars in the WWE. At a recent meeting he supposedly said, “G** D*****! WHY CAN’T WE CREATE NEW STARS?”

Do I really need to answer this question? Isn’t it obvious? If you want star power then look no further than Gillberg.

    In my opinion WWE can’t create stars because they don’t create them anymore. The basic formula was train wrestlers over a few years and wait until they’re ready to carry the ball. It worked for Austin, HHH, HBK, etc. But they don’t do that anymore. They do not push the young stars up the ladder and do not invest time in them. Somehow Edge is an exception through all of this and he’s a true star that WWE made. But no one else.

    I think a big reason is that Vince pushes people who have movies coming out or are bringing in merchandise. How can you create stars when you’re pushing wrestlers that sell merchandise? A young wrestler won’t sell any merchandise since he’s a nobody, but everyone starts out that way.

    Vince is full of it there are plenty of young stars in WWE he just likes the 6′3 265lb guys look at kofi kingston, tyson kidd, ezekiel jackson, evan bourne, john morrison, shelton benjamin, cryme tyme and then theres kaval in the fcw the thing is WWE has 4 shows and 3 of them are brands what happened to the cruiserweights on SD! guys like the ones ive named above get snubbed by Legacy Cena HHH on ECW theres not enough time and SD! is perfect for development but theyed rather put over Dolph Ziggler whos not selling. all of them would shine on TNA because there aren’t that many egos to hold them back. Vince is full of it they have talent they just wont take the time

    Or Vince keeps pushing old stars, and by the time the new stars should be ready, they’re past their prime. Is this post for real?

    And I’d PAY to see Gillberg return.

    @kajava
    I agree, the stars are there. The creative team (or just Vince) doesn’t give them a chance.

    @Kane
    Good point. Vince chooses to push the older stars because he doesn’t think the younger stars can carry the weight. But that’s creating a viscous cycle because the younger generation never gets a chance. And yea, I think the post is real. But I typically publish things as “rumors” when it’s hard to prove.

    At first it seemed like a joke post, but your serious comment threw me off haha.
