RUMOR: |PWI| Each week and each PPV fans are expecting to see the re-emergence of Chris Jericho. However, Chris Jericho has yet to debut. Furthermore, recent interviews from Jericho suggest he is not returning anytime soon.
Regardless, websites are reporting that Chris Jericho is coming back soon and he is the meaning of the promos airing on TV. Reasons for Jericho not debuting are: 1) His debut has been ruined by internet reports and WWE wants it to be a surprise 2) He is not returning, someone else is 3) He is not in shape and is too heavy 4) Writers are pushing his debut back because they’re looking for the right moment
Whatever the case may be, the newest rumor is that Jericho will return within the next few weeks because the promos are now telling fans to stand by.

I kinda like how WWE is pushing his debut back. It’s one of the biggest reasons I’m watching RAW right now and not because HHH/Umaga/Vince is the hottest storyline ever.
I think WWE should keep pushing it back a tad more but give more clues in the matrix promos. It’s kinda fun becuase it’s interactive and Tuesday morning everyone has their own theories. That’s viral marketing at its best. And if you’re a true fan of Lost than you know how hidden messages can become an obsession.
I’m still waiting for Jericho and I’m more excited each and every week. I thought Orton as champ would be really good, but WWE has not put enough spotlight on him and there’s no real interest. Focusing on Jericho, I think WWE is handling this right by dropping small clues every week and not acknowledging it all. He’s coming soon.
10 bucks says they are only tossing this out there because they want people to think its someone else instead so they can still act all shocked and surprised when it really turns out to be jericho.

-Matt B- Yeah, WWE hasen’t put much effect into promoting Orton as the WWE Champion and it’s pretty disappointing because I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I KIND OF miss Cena as champ because of how dull Orton is right now.
Don’t get me wrong I like Orton and hate Cena….now, but they just aren’t making Orton’s title reign interesting at all.
-DarkYasha- I’m looking at this Orton situation two ways:
1) WWE gave him the title and now he needs to run with it. Orton needs to put all his energy and creativity into making this title run successful. He needs to be more vindictive and nastier in the ring and prove to everyone, including the fans & writers, that he’s the future
OR…
2) The writers are still in love with Cena. In their minds Cena is still the champion and no one else is so Orton is just holding the title until he returns. And thus they’re not puttin in the time or effort to build up Orton.

Honestly, I think it’s Orton’s fault and not the writers. Or maybe it’s a mix I don’t know. But it seems like HBK & HHH are gettin a lot of attention.
Whatever, I’m confusing myself. But I think Orton needs to step it up each and every week. If he gets 5 second of TV time then he needs to make the best of it. And if he gets 30 minutes then he needs to make the best of it too.
Jericho can still do Walls of Jericho, even though it’s like every other retired superstar’s finisher, being used much too much.
Orton is boring, he’s not acting like a champ, he’s just getting his ass kicked by Michaels week in and week out, they need to build him up a bit.
-Matt B and KANE- Sounds reasonable, but the bottomline is Orton as champion isn’t doing so good right now and I hope in the next few weeks it gets better. God forbit the writers are still in love with Cena.
Maybe Edge can come back and spruce thngs up a bit.
