WWE has fired Scotty Too Hotty, Nicky of the Spirit Squad and Ariel. Stephanie was promoted a few weeks ago which gives her more power over the roster. Thus she has fired several wrestlers in the recent weeks including Rob Conway, Too Cold Scorpio and others. Today was a new batch of firings. All of these wrestlers were released for various reasons and some are unknown at this time.
Former Tough Enough winner Matt Cappotelli has posted a message through MySpace thanking all of this fans for their continued support. Cappotelli was diagnosed with a brain tumor last year and underwent successful surgery.
Gregory Helms will undergo surgery to fuse parts of his spine together. Helms has been lingering spinal issues for a while and will now undergo surgery to correct the problem. His estimated recovery time is about one year.

Supposedly there’s a reason that Ariel was released. Normally I would go off on this decision, but I’ll wait until I read it. But right now I am not happy that she was released.
I don’t think anyone is surprised that Scotty was released. In fact, I think the most surprising thing is why WWE even had him on the roster.
of all the spirit squad mitch shoulda went, he had no charisma, anyone remeber that interview he did? he had nothing, it was like a automated voice machine like on the phone, it made me cringe.
