RUMOR: |WO via PWM| It is being reported that Vickie Guerrero will soon become that of General Manager. This means that Teddy Long will lose his current position as GM for a new role. Long’s new role is unknown as of now and it’s unsure how Vickie will get his job.
Also Wrestling Observer said Vickie was supposed to apologize to Rey when he showed up on Smackdown (02.23.07). But instead Vince changed it to Umaga attacking him because he wanted to put over his match with Trump. How are guys supposed to step up when Vince takes their TV time.
On the other hand, Vince has given Vickie a prominent role on Smackdown and more importantly a job. It’s always a love/hate relationship between the fans and Vince.
This might be due to Teddy’s health. I can’t remember what disease he has, but it was a pretty bad one. Is he okay?
It might be to give Vickie a job still, but a more respectful one, and not the whole creepiness with Chavo.
