Hogan Terrified of Steve Austin (supposedly)

RUMOR: |Steve Austin| At the 2006 Hall of Fame, Steve Austin inducted Bret Hart. But before he did that he said the following:
“I was going through my bag in the back and…I found a can of whoop ass and it had Hulk Hogan’s name on it.”
And here was Hulk Hogan’s reaction:
As soon as Austin said that I started laughing hysterically. And then…when I stopped laughing, I laughed even some more after the camera zoomed in on Hogan’s face.
So what does this mean? Does it mean Austin is willing to wrestle Hogan now? Is Hogan mad at Austin? Hogan said he’s flying to RAW this Monday (04.03.06) to meet with Vince so is this meeting still happening?
I read on PWI that when Hogan was inducting Gene, the crowd was chanting “Austin-Hogan.” PWI said that Hogan then made the “money” sign with his hand, meaning he needed to be paid well if they wanted to see that matchup. I don’t remember seeing that on USA last night. Did anyone else see him make that gesture?
It WOULD be a cool match, but there’s always going to be that sticking point of who would go over in the match. Hogan doesn’t seem to want to lose to anyone, and there is no reason for Austin to lay down for Hogan. In fact, I think a lot of fans would be pissed if Hogan got the win over Austin. I know I would. If Hogan refuses to job to Austin, I’d rather this match never took place.
I don’t remember seeing that, but I could have easily missed it.
If Hogan/Austin were to happen and Hogan won, I’d be mad. But I can’t think of a good reason for Austin to win also. Also, I cannot think of a good reason for this match to happen other than it being a dream match. Both guys are not active wrestlers.
All I have to say to anyone is that HOGAN vs Austin would be big money but to have it done anywhere other than Wrestlemania would spoil it. They waited for wrestlemania for Hogan vs the Rock they can wait for this…. but Hogan should win this time, he’s not passing any more torches to the younger wrestlers he’s Hulk Hogan and deserves a huge win to go out on. Not some crap matches where he wins with tag partners like Eugene, it’s hogan, it’s wrestlemania he built the house let him rein supreme in it.
Hogan wants to be on top of everything, he wants his family to be on top of everything! Well not everyone (Austin) is gonna lay down for him. They both may be past their prime but Austin can still bring energy to the ring and draw a good crowd. How old is Hogan, how old is Austin, Hogan has been in the ring consistantly since WCW went out. It hasnt been as long for Austin. Austin is just a redneck wrestler that wants to put on a good show. Hogan just wants to talk about how good he is, how good he was, and how hes rich and wants more money and blah blah blah! Thats all his TV show is, is to brag and show off and all that dumb shit. Well I though it was funny what Austin said and I wouldnt lay down for Hogan if I was him!
i was at the hall of fame. fans chanted HOGAN,AUSTIN,clap,clap,clap,clap,clap!!!!!!!! Hogan responded “so you guys think that would be a good match somewhere down the road!!” The crowd cheered and Hogan made a money sign with his fingers,probably because the match would draw a whole lot of cash. Hogan then said “what do all the Hulkamaniacs think would happen if that match ever happened!!” The fans cheered loudly and Hogan went on with Okerlunds induction. It was all not shown on TV. Another thing not on tv and probably will be edited out of the dvd was Cena inducting Fridge. Cena was greeted by the loudest fan reaction of the night when they chanted FUCK YOU CENA!!!! for at least a minute! Great time!!!

I’m hoping WWE will release an unedited version of the Hall of Fame when WrestleMania 22 is released. It’ll probably be part of a big box set though.
I’m sick of Hogan and his massive ego trip. Watching Shawn Micheals trying to make Hogan look good was sad. The Hall of Fame is supposed to be about the people being inducted, not about buffing Hogans ego. I’m sick of that has been being put in main events, contributing nothing, inisting on being booked to win, and then taking home more money then all the active, talented wrestlers that make up for the shitty Hogan match that will stink up the main event.
Hogan fans say “One more match”, well the man’s had 12 one last matches so pick any one of them…watch the the video and keep that crap off pay-per-views.
