RUMOR: |PWInsider| Jim Ross and WWE are currently in negotiations on how he will be brought back. It’s expected that Ross will return to WWE announcing duties as the commentator of Saturday Night’s Main Event. He will not, however, return to RAW or Smackdown. Also, an angle will need to be written to explain Ross’ return since his “firing” from RAW. Saturday Night’s Main Event returns to NBC this Saturday (March 18).
This is great news. I’m glad WWE finally came to their senses and found a way to bring him back. I’m interested to see how Ross’ return will be explained considering WWE made a fool of him and completely disrespected him in the “firing” angle.
