What the Hell Did He Do?

NEWS: |WWE| Looks like Marty Jannetty is gone from WWE, again…

World Wrestling Entertainment has broken all professional ties with Marty Jannetty.

Before jumping to conclusions, no one knows the real deal on this. Is this part of an angle? Did Jannetty really screw up?

Many websites are reporting that Jannetty did indeed screw up and all future storylines with him are scrapped, including his involvement this coming Monday on RAW. Until more information is known, I’ll just keep my opinions to myself. Also, it’s a lot easier to make fun of Jannetty if he really did screw up.

    Holy crap!

But where were his storylines actually going?

Do you think because he had such crappy acting on RAW (for a supposed desperate guy wanting money he could barely keep a straight face at the sight of McMahon’s ass)?

Please let this be an angle.

Seriously. I will be very upset. They can’t toy with my emotions like this.

I hope he kept his nose out of the coke sack…Maybe we will be seeing the Rockers sooner than later?

-Joe- I noticed that too. I was thinking to myself, Marty cannot act at all. But then I gave him the benefit of the doubt because who can act well when there’s an old man’s ass in your face.

-MattDaddy- Usually when WWE releases someone, they add the classic line “We wish _______ all the best in their future….” But WWE didn’t say that at all. That doesn’t mean anything really, but it’s the wording is a bit strange.

I just wonder what he did………………..

If the WWE does not plan to use Marty Jannetty in future stoylines, the company will not be receiving my $50 for Wrestlemania. The fans can make a difference with their money.

I was looking forward to seeing Jannetty wrestle for the WWE again. If this is not part of a storyline, the WWE has a lot of work to do in putting Wresltemania together…it’s a disaster right now.

-Kevin- You serious about not ordering Mania?

Doesn’t seem a little bit of a coincidence that he’s fired right after one section of his storyline has ended (he refused to kiss McMahon’s ass)?

WWE can easily tie together a reason that he’s no longer on RAW because he refused to pucker up, thus Vince denied him a contract.

A little too easy, don’t you think?

-Joe- Good point. I was thinking, if WWE announced Jannetty’s “firing” (whatever you wanna call it) right after RAW or earlier this week, then it would definitely seem like an angle. But maybe they just waited a few days to make it seem more real.

PWInsider is still reporting that it’s all real soooo….

Looks like Mark Henry wants to put an end to Takers underfeated run at wrestlemania but Taker will always come out on top at wrestlemania.

Supposedly Jannetty can’t get clearance from his parole officer to travel to Raw this week, but he’s hoping to. At least that’s what’s being reported on the net today.

  11. on 05 Mar 2006 at 8:41 pmMatt B

-Lex- Hmmm that’s interesting. If Jannetty is having parole problems, then I wonder why WWE would say they have severed all ties with him. Why wouldn’t WWE just wait it out?

The next RAW will probably clear up the question of whether Jannetty is coming back tomorrow, soon or never.

That is a good question. I’m betting we won’t see him back in the WWE.

It’s possible they were already fed up with his travel problems and just decided it wasn’t worth the trouble in the future. After all, if they can’t count on him to be there, it could really screw up their shows at the last minute.

-Lex- Very true, why risk messing up a big money-making Mania match between HBK and McMahon.

This is gotta be joke if they let go of Marty. Yet I agree the acting wasn’t all that either. But he isn’t the only one with bad acting skills.

  15. [...] NEWS: |Jannetty| The big news coming out of this weekend is WWE severing ties with Marty Jannetty. On his blog from MySpace, Jannetty explains that his parole officer will not allow him to travel to Alabama, where RAW will air tonight. Thus, Jannetty will not be on RAW tonight as originally scheduled. Jannetty goes on to explain that no one is at fault and is optimistic that his travel issues will be cleared up. [...]

Well…All i can say is that everybody has had bad situations and i know that marty will come out of this very soon. He is a tremendous performer and he can be a very important asset to the company. All i can say is wrestlemania will be a bitch to put together now. What in the hell will they do now.

Can you imagine this idiot begging his attorney to sway the system in Florida? ‘Come on Judge. Pretty Please? It’s Wrestlemania!’.

Jannety has all the talent in the world, but he can’t control himself with drinking and partying. Its such a pity.
