For months, Melina has claimed to be the dominant Diva on SmackDown. At Survivor Series, Melina looks to become the most dominant Diva in all of WWE when she meets Trish Stratus for the Women’s Championship.
On the Nov. 14 edition of RAW, Trish and Melina took part in an inter-promotional Diva Battle Royal. Melina and Trish were the last two women standing, and the SmackDown Diva was able to eliminate the Women’s Champion to win the Battle Royal.
The next week, two masked men abducted Trish as she stood at ringside watching Mickie James take on Candice Michelle. MNM were later revealed as her captors, and after binding and gagging Trish, Melina revealed her motive: gold. Melina challenged Trish to a match at Survivor Series for the Women’s Championship. Trish obliged, but a vicious kick to the head by Melina left her sprawled out on the floor.
Will Melina be able to claim the throne and win the Women’s Championship, or will Trish give the RAW brand a little Stratusfaction? Tune into Survivor Series on Nov. 27 to find out.
This does sound like a pretty interesting match.
I predict that Melina is going to win because Joey and Johnny are going to interfere. What is RAW going to do when the Women’s Title goes to Smackdown?: How about have the title on RAW and Smackdown! Like the Undisputed Title.
